Information that isn't really relevant but can be quite useful if relevant to you.

Reading KN (Karl Neidersuss) Saddle serial numbers.

Serial Number example: 04 04 123 WK2 43

04 = 2004 year of produktion
04 = 04 month of production (April)
123 = serial number
W = wide tree (32 cm)
K2 = wedge 2 (panel padding behind)
43 = seat size (cm so 16 3/4")

Why are gullet sizing standard across the brands?

Find it frustrating that a 32 in one brand isn't a 32 in another?

The only agreement on gullet sizing is that it is taken from the bottom of the tree points.  This can be misleading if the saddle has quite long tree points - this would make a saddle narrower than a saddle with shorter tree points.
