All products currently in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment via Registered Australia Post. If we don't have a product in stock we will endeavour to supply it as soon as possible and provide you with an Estimated Date. Payment is not required until we have the product in stock.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please contact us if you have any issue or are unhappy with your product and we will endeavour to provide a solution that suits.

How is my order processed? Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive an email once the order is shipped.
Is my Credit Card charged straight away? No, Your credit card is only charged once the order is ready to ship.
